Stirrin' Up Some Love offers cooking and nutrition classes to boys and girls. We are passionate about teaching nutrition and cooking skills to kids and their families. We prepare simple, healthy foods that are not processed, and are very low in sugar, salt, and fat. We learn how to make healthy substitutions to transform their favorites into healthier options.
Class sizes are limited to 10 students, which provides an intimate learning environment. I will be offering 3 camps this summer at Longview Recreation Center in Spring Hill.
